We have a little preview of what Nicole Miller has in store for us for Spring 2010.  Its all about a streamlined and sexy look. We love that she has continued with the theme of  sexy cutouts and the exposed zipper look. Remember our earlier post of that very sexy black dress with the asymmetrial cutout and exposed zipper?!  Well, we now have a photo of the back! Check it out below.

Look out for a revision of this look for Spring 2010 and we suggest that you consider a strong color like magenta for your Spring cocktail dress. Think Pink!

It was a rainy October afternoon in Westport last week Thursday but we still had fun viewing the Signette Collection by Aysha Saeed.

Shoppers got the rare opportunity to meet the designer in person!

This is a hot collection. Conservative with a twist!

We are looking forward to her December trunk show in our New Haven Store.

 On Thursday, October 15, 2009    12noon- 3pm Seychelles Westport will  host  a trunk show for Aysha Saeed. Aysha is a New York City designer, who embodies femininity, elegance and exotic beauty, all which are reflected in her collections. Aysha will preview her Fall 2009 collection to Seychelles customers. This new collection embraces femininity with lace and ruffle detailing, corsetry, and feminine silhouettes. Aysha’s description of her new collection: ” Couture elements are certainly present in my fall collection, and styling is fit for a woman who is strong yet likes to flirt with color — giving her a modern day edge.” Her attention to detail is amazing and can be likened to designers such as Dolce & Gabbana and John Galliano whom she worked with in Milan and Paris.

Seychelles New Haven was  filled with the wonderful scents of  Bali and the  beautiful sounds of  Mary Muryn’s Spa Magic Music on Thursday evening. Mary shared with us her Organic Bali Spa Essentials that  promised to restore and rejuvenate us. The overall crowd favorite was the “Bali Temple Flowers” room spray that  Mary created for us as give aways. I just sprayed mine now and I believe that it has awakened  my spirit and inspired my soul as  promised!

If  you missed our First Thursday, you can still  experience Spa Magic at Seychelles New Haven. Essential oils, body scrubs, bath salts and  massage oils are all available now.  Come in and check it out! All the products are   certified natural and organic.
